Making their CHICAGOSROCK debut this month is the rock variety band DeepSix. We recently had the opportunity to catch up with them at a show in Aurora's Roundhouse.
AC/DC Tribute rockers, Dirty Deeds shake the foundations at Bolingbrook's Tailgaters with a killer show this past March.
The King Casey Band makes a return to the pages of CHICAGOSROCK.com with a show at Penny Rd Pub this past March, in support of their newly-released debut album "Fallen Empire".
May is 'Fight Autism' month and to contribute to that cause there will be a couple of local events including a karaoke night and a rock benefit show featuring Raine and Rue The Day with the purpose of raising funds to benefit autism research.

Local rockers Veilside, are putting the finishing touches on their new album which is expected to be released on June 21st. The band's scheduled show at Penny Rd. Pub in Barrington for May 23rd has been cancelled.

DarkStar Records is celebrating its 10th year Anniversary with a huge show on May 24th at Tailgaters in Bolingbrook featuring the talents of Grigori3, Bellevue Suite, Supermercado, Conquest and Disonic.
It should be a great opportunity to check out more of the great orginal bands that keep coming out of our local scene.

A new band bursting into the local scene with a new album titled "Shovelmouth", to be released very soon is Pipe. They have a very contemporary sound with rock and metal influences. Check out their website for song samples and 2 fresh videos of songs off their new album as well as additional info on the band.

Following the departure on guitarist Jerry Buczko and the following search for a replacement, Mindwarp Chamber is happy to inform that new guitarist Michael Cerna has joined the lineup and MWC family.
The new album "Delusional Reality"; is just about ready to go and should be available by June / July (date to be announced soon). Pre-orders can be taken so you can get it before it hits the streets.
